To learn more about Comply, visit comply.com We are looking for a high energy and self-motivated Account Executive-Core to join our team. You will play a crucial role and act as a trusted resource in helping registered investment adviser (RIA), hedge funds, private equity, and other financial firms solve their regulatory compliance, operations, and technology challenges. In your regional territory, you will lead the sales efforts for our industry leading Comply for RIA, Illumis, and Comply Platform solutions. These are online software as a service (SaaS) technology and services platform that helps registered investment adviser (RIA), hedge funds, private equity, and other financial firms automate and better manage regulatory compliance requirements. Expert consulting can be combined with our software to provide guidance and expertise. To thrive in this role, you must utilize the right mix of diligence and creativity to become a trusted and valued resource to new and prospective clients while reaching your sales goals. Responsibilities: Prospect within your assigned territory in order to build a pipeline and achieve sales goals Lead demos showcasing our Comply for RIA, Illumis, and Comply Platform online compliance software applications and other products and services to prospective clients Accurately maintain your pipeline and provide reliable forecasts Utilize your creativity and drive to build relationships and close business Attend various sales events including meetings, seminars, and training Track and forecast all activities via Salesloft and Salesforce CRM Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a financial services, SaaS, or FinTech environment Ability to quickly understand our solutions in order to effectively sell Proven track record of closing new business over a sustained period and exceeding sales targets Enthusiasm for helping our clients improve their business Passion for working in a fast-paced small company environment with a high level of self-motivation and organization Attention to detail and ability to manage the sales cycle and from beginning to end Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field New York Metropolitan area candidates preferred, with client-facing expectations in a defined geographic territory $190,000 - $200,000 a year This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus, tied to achievement of specific targets. The expected all-in compensation for this full-time Enterprise Account Executive role, is a total-on-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000-$200,000 with an annual base salary of $75,000-$85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and performance against agreed upon goals. Comply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
