Commercial Loan Assistant
A local community bank is in search of a Commercial Loan Assistant. This is an on-site position. The position requires at least 2 years of banking experience. Loan Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the loan officers in managing and processing commercial loan applications - Prepare loan documents and ensure all required documents are accurate and complete - Review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess borrower's creditworthiness - Assist in conducting credit analysis and risk assessment for commercial loan applications - Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely communication with borrowers Essential Job Functions:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of loan applications and transactions - Assist in preparing loan packages and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines - Maintain regular communication with loan officers and borrowers throughout the loan process - Conduct research on industry trends and market conditions to support loan analysis - Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and address any inquiries or concerns Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Basic knowledge of financial analysis and lending principles - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits:
