Responsibilities
Perform customer service-related duties such as quoting, placing orders, and providing status updates while ensuring exceptional service to customers.
Work directly with customers and various departments within the company to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and promptness.
Demonstrate critical thinking and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Adhere to business professional attire and maintain a quiet and focused workspace.
Qualifications
Good general office and computer skills.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent data entry and ten key experience.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Benefits
Competitive pay with a set rate of $23 per hour.
