Key Responsibilities Perform labeling, packaging, and heat sealing of finished pharmaceutical units according to SOPs and work instructions Execute secondary packaging using manual and automated heat-sealing equipment Complete all batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Adhere strictly to cGMPs, SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements Follow all security and access control procedures related to controlled substances Maintain a strong working knowledge of procedures, policies, and documentation requirements Work efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and ethical standards Support cross-functional operations as needed, including order fulfillment or material sanitization Comply with mandatory dress code and personal protective equipment requirements Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous lab or clean room experience required Previous packaging experience strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated environment Basic computer skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to wear required PPE (mask, gloves, gown, hairnet, goggles, respirator, etc.) Successful completion of job-specific training and competency assessments Flexible schedule availability and strong adherence to attendance policies Ready to Take the Next Step?
