In this strategic role, you will implement innovative sales strategies to secure our services in multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, ensuring maximum product and service penetration. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organizations growth and revenue./ppWhat our Account Executives for Community Solutions enjoy most about the role:/pulliSimplifying and enhancing the customer experience./liliDeveloping strategic sales presentations to secure long-term R.O.E agreements with MDUs and SFUs./liliExceeding quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products, including HSD, video, managed Wi-Fi, and other bulk services./liliBuilding consultative relationships with high-level clientele to offer the best products/services and maximize client NOI./liliNegotiating competitive MDU sales agreements while navigating the legal redline process and leveraging product knowledge to develop proposals and contracts./li/ulpWorking Conditions:/pulliOffice environment./liliTravel as required, up to 50% of the time. Travel will primarily include day trips with occasional overnight travel required./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pullistrongEducation:/strong Bachelors degree or relevant work experience./lilistrongExperience:/strong Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies. Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cycles to manage and close complex deals./lilistrongTechnical Skills:/strong Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience. Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks./lilistrongSkills
Abilities:/strong Attention to detail for accurate forecasting and customer interaction tracking. Effective communication skills via phone, email, and WebEx to enhance client relationships. Strong multi-tasking abilities to stay organized and efficient. Consultative sales experience to meet clients needs. Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlines to stay productive. Adaptable communication style and professional poise to connect with stakeholders./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pullistrongSkills:/strong Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Automated reporting and analysis application. Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU. Familiarity with the cable industry for business context./lilistrongExperience:/strong 3-5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice, and video solutions in an MDU environment. 3-5+ years of consultative sales experience. 3+ years drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts in the cable television, residential property management, or real estate development industries./li/ulpHere, our employees dont just have jobs, theyre building careers. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
