We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who is passionate about people, dedicated to excellence, and ready to play a key role in our studio's growth. In this role, you will be the primary guide for our students' dance journeys. You aren't just selling lessons; you are providing a premium service by helping new clients navigate their goalswhether they are preparing for a wedding, seeking a new community, or looking for a creative outlet. What You'll Do: Manage the Client Journey: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing students, ensuring every guest feels inspired, supported, and valued from their very first visit. Consultative Enrollment: Engage with prospective students to understand their motivations and provide tailored solutions. You will guide them through the enrollment process, helping them commit to the programs and memberships that best align with their goals. Drive Retention & Growth: Build and maintain lasting relationships. You will monitor student progress and maintain long-term connections to ensure our clients remain excited and engaged in their dance journey. Studio Advocacy: Use your enthusiasm and professional energy to promote our unique studio offerings, specialized workshops, and community events. Brand Excellence: Ensure the "Fred Astaire Experience" is delivered consistently, maintaining a warm, inviting, and high-end atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
