You're a Fit If You : High school diploma or GED 2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center or help desk environment Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications High-speed internet Excellent customer service skills What You'll Be Doing: Acts as client advocate Works under minimal direction Answers phones, voice, and electronic mail to respond to client requests May also interact with clients through an online chat system Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using CRM software Effectively documents all client interactions Able to manage cases for multiple projects while ensuring timely resolutions Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation Prevents potentially negative client interactions Adheres to all policies and procedures Other duties as assigned "I've been working through Staffmark on & off for about a decade, when I'm in between jobs.
