Our Event Managers work in-house and onsite to ensure our clients are happy, the service staff operates smoothly, and the event is a success! Onsite events are held across the state of Colorado. Salary: $20.00- $21.00/hour Based on Experience Experience: Event Management: 1 year (Preferred) License: Drivers License (Required) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Uphold company values and customer care standards during events towards clients and guests- always exceeding the highest expectations Acts as the event service team captain in day-of event preparation, execution, and cleanup, leading all front of house activity during event service Work with Three Tomatoes’ Catering Managers and event contact to ensure a successful event Lead the onsite service team in event setup and breakdown Coordinate event service in several different styles, e.g. plated, stationed, etc. Ensure the company’s, client’s, and venue’s policies and procedures are being respected Coordinate with other vendors onsite Review BEO for accuracy and understanding Drive company van to/from event Ensure event venue polices are respected during events, including set-up and clean-up policies Possible shifts in food deliveries and warehouse maintenance and organization Any other work duty pertaining the Service Department as assigned by Company direct supervisor Opportunity for career growth PREFERRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays Three years proven leadership in onsite catering or kitchen Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Work standing on your feet for 10-12 hours a shift with brief or minimal breaks in between Strong service knowledge and solid experience working for high-end customers and guests Outstanding customer care and attention to detail Previous culinary and kitchen experience is a must Effective verbal and written communication, planning, time-management, and organizational skills Must be able to pass a basic background check Must be able to work legally in the US Shifts both onsite and in our kitchen ( Catering shifts will require travel to various event locations ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
