POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for oversight of 3 rd party insurance and tax vendor and all tasks surrounding escrow

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Sets up escrow buckets for all consumer and commercial loans in the Core system

Provides oversight of 3 rd party insurance and tax vendor

Reviews and clears any exception items received by vendors

Review coming due and exception reports

Completes review of letters the tax and insurance vendors sends.

Performs yearly escrow analysis and ensures analysis is completed within RESPA guidelines

Reviews and validates all overages and shortages on escrow analysis

Ensures all escrow overages are mailed within RESPA guidelines

Completes research on any requests sent by the branches, call center or other internal departments

Researches and responds to all inquiries received through the Escrow Mailbox

Pays all premiums associates with insurance, tax or PMI invoices

Reviews loan balances monthly to ensure PMI is removed per FHA and CFPB guidelines

Responsible for the endorsements, monitoring of repairs and inspections for Loss Drafts accounts

Research and resolution for tax suits received.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.

Associates degree or equivalent from college a plus.

Required Knowledge:

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years consumer and commercial loan experience required.

Skills/Abilities:

Must possess very detailed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task job duties.

Ability to read, interpret, and respond professionally to internal and external customer correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and clearly in response to internal and external customer requests and inquiries.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Must possess the ability to apply basic concepts of algebra.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
