$21 to $25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday

Overtime:

Fridays available for overtime work

Your New Role

Build and assemble cabinetry and laminate casework in Louisville, KY

Laminate sheets to meet precise specs and ensure long-lasting durability

Install hardware including hinges, undermount drawer slides, doors, and drawer fronts

Operate power hand tools such as routers and nail guns with safety and skill

Follow written and verbal instructions accurately to maintain project quality

Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and contribute to a team-first environment

Hiring Expectations:

2–3 years of experience in cabinet making (preferred)

Commercial casework and laminate cabinetry experience strongly preferred. Residential cabinetmakers with transferable skills may be considered.

Skilled in installing cabinet hardware (hinges, slides, doors, drawer fronts)

Able to safely operate power tools (routers, nail guns, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Able to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 75 lbs frequently

Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
