Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of First Amendment Law & Writing at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Duties & Responsibilities
Effective teaching in the area of First Amendment Law & Writing.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff colleagues
Eagerness to work closely with law students
Ability to teach in the curricular area of interest
Ability to work and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive setting
Qualifications
J.D. degree from an ABA‑accredited law school
Licensed member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
At least 9 year's recent work experience teaching at an ABA Accredited Law School
Experience teaching a course that satisfies ABA Standard 303(a)(2)
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
