A well-established and growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a high-profile K-12 school construction project in the Fort Worth area. This is an opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong pipeline of education-sector work and a reputation for delivering quality projects on time and on budget.
The Role: As Senior Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, overseeing field execution from preconstruction through project completion. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, enforce safety protocols, and ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship are met throughout the build.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations on large-scale K-12 school projects Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and stakeholders Drive projects to successful on-time and on-budget completion
Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Proven specialization in K-12 / education-sector construction Experience delivering ground-up school projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and xsgimln subcontractor management skills Commitment to safety and quality excellence
