Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to relate effectively to customers Property & Casualty license Benefits
