Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm Role Responsibilities:
Handle inquiry calls and assist with scheduling assessments or triage to appropriate community referrals Ensure assessments are conducted by qualified mental health professionals Screen for medical and behavioral emergencies Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care with clinical teams or community providers Explain treatment plans to patients and families to facilitate acceptance and continuation of care Complete administrative tasks related to admissions and insurance precertification Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or counseling; RN licensure may be accepted per state regulations Current unencumbered license in social work, counseling, or RN Valid driver’s license with a good Motor Vehicle Report and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle Proficiency in typing and keyboard use CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, especially with adult and geriatric patients Strong clinical assessment skills required Additional Details:
