As for our insurance account position, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities
Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
Provide information on insurance products and services.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Qualifications
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
