As an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect their assets and achieve financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options. Analyzing client requirements and tailoring insurance solutions to meet their individual needs. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques. Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients. Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices (training will be provided). Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant state insurance license preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary How to Apply
