Full Time in Morris Plains, NJ Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as customer service experience necessary Some Saturdays (rotate with team). Qualifications
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license (must be obtained) Life & Health Insurance License Benefits
