This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (license acquisition assistance provided). Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale
