Evaluate credit risks and implement strategies to minimize outstanding debts. Communicate with clients and customers to address billing inquiries and resolve disputes. Monitor and track overdue accounts, initiating appropriate follow-up actions. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and enhance efficiency. Prepare detailed reports on collection activities and account statuses. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while performing collection tasks. Build and maintain strong, detail-oriented relationships with clients to support positive outcomes in payment resolutions. Provide recommendations for improving collection strategies and minimizing financial risks. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and consumer collections. Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risks. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
