We’re looking for a
dynamic, results-driven Corporate Recruiter
who’s ready to take full ownership of the hiring journey — from sourcing to offer. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.
Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Leverage job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms to expand our reach
Keep communication flowing with candidates and internal teams
Manage background checks and reference verifications
Collaborate with the TA team on hiring initiatives and process improvements
Flexible hybrid work environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for building effective recruiting strategies.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ATS platforms.
Required to report to office minimum 2 times/week.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and independence.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Automotive industry experience is a
bonus .
