About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2001 and currently have two dedicated team members who share my commitment to serving our community and supporting one another. I was inspired to become a State Farm agent by my aunt and uncle, who were both agents themselves — their passion for helping others encouraged me to follow in their footsteps and build a career centered on service and relationships.
I graduated from Concordia College in Minnesota and am married with two kids. Outside the office, I’m active and outdoorsy, always finding time to enjoy nature with my family. Community involvement is a big part of who we are — we regularly support local schools and veteran organizations that make a difference close to home.
I offer my team paid time off, a Simple IRA, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We’re a small, close‑knit group that values teamwork and growth. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
