Who This Role Is For

A senior carpenter with strong cabinet and finish‑work experience

Comfortable leading jobs, not just assisting

Skilled with miters, scribing, fillers, panels, crown, and trim

Trusted to make on‑site decisions without hand‑holding

Professional with homeowners and respectful of occupied homes

Core Responsibilities

Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)

Execute high‑level finish carpentry, including:

Mitered trim & molding

Crown molding

Scribing to walls/ceilings

Custom fillers, panels, and modifications

Read plans/elevations and take precise measurements

Problem‑solve real‑world site conditions (out‑of‑square walls, uneven floors)

Direct and mentor installers/helpers

Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers

Maintain a clean, professional job site (protection + daily cleanup)

Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign‑off

Required Experience (Non‑Negotiable)

Minimum

3–5+ years

cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience

Proven experience

leading installations or crews

Strong woodworking fundamentals and professional jobsite practices

Ability to work independently and manage a full install day

Experience working in

occupied residential homes

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Own professional‑grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Important Note This is NOT a helper position.

If your background is primarily handyman work or general maintenance, this will not be the right fit.

Compensation $35–$49/hr
