KeyResponsibilities:

Sourceandevaluateinvestmentopportunitiesthroughrigorousmarketresearchandanalysis.

Develop,maintain,andrefinedetailedfinancialmodelstosupportinvestmenttheses.

Participateinduediligenceactivities,includingindustryanalysis,competitorbenchmarking,andriskassessments.

Prepareandpresentinvestmentmemorandaandothermaterialstointernalstakeholders.

Collaboratewithinternalandexternalpartnerstofacilitatedealexecutionandpost-investmentmonitoring.

Trackportfolioperformance,generatingconciseupdatesandrecommendationsforimprovements.

Contributetostrategicdecision-makingbysynthesizingdata-driveninsightsandmarketintelligence.

RequiredSkillsandQualifications:

Minimumof2yearsofexperienceinprivateequityand/orinvestmentbanking.

Provenexpertiseindevelopingandanalyzingcomprehensivefinancialmodels.

Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withastrongabilitytoarticulatecomplexconcepts.

Demonstratedabilitytoworkindependentlyandthriveinaremote,fast-pacedsetting.

Strongorganizationalskillswithhighattentiontodetailandaccuracy.

Results-drivenmindsetwithimpeccableproblem-solvingcapabilities.

PreferredQualifications:

Experienceworkingwithcross-borderorinternationalinvestmenttransactions.

Exposuretoportfoliomanagementorvaluecreationinitiatives.

CFAorotherrelevantcertificationsareaplus.
