Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time in Cleveland Heights, OH Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current insurance policies and recommend adjustments as necessary. Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Perform outside sales activities including networking and community outreach to generate new business leads. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to reach potential clients and promote various insurance products. Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients with claims processing when needed. Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close sales effectively. Experience with outside sales strategies is a plus. Familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective sales administration. Two years of insurance sales experience is preferred. Benefits
