Position Overview We are looking for a new Team Member in our State Farm Insurance Agency! Do you have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team? Team Members are responsible for friendly and efficient customer service and helping us grow our book of business by multi-lining existing customers and providing quotes to new leads.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Identify customer needs, sell the value of various insurance products and our agency.
Apply critical thinking skills toward problem solving and brainstorm with the team on ways to generate business.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each and every day.

Existing Wisconsin Insurance Licenses highly preferred but will provide training and licensing reimbursement for the right candidate. Experience with Microsoft programs and general office administration is helpful.
Position has an entry level salary of $37k, plus $1000 sign on bonus after 90 day probationary period. All licensing costs will be reimbursed with an additional $1000 bonus upon completion.
