Job Overview
As an associate, you will create cost savings for customers by utilizing power at optimal times. You will record customer data from field meter installations into the internal MV90 database, perform quality control, and verify orders.
Responsibilities
Setup meter at residents’ premises.
Enter customer account information, name, address, meter numbers and specific meter reads into MV90.
Transfer data from physical paper, Excel, and client billing system into MV90.
Process each customer ID in approximately 10‑15 minutes.
Verify orders entered by teams.
Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy in the system.
Qualifications
1 year typing experience in a data entry, administrative/reception, or bank teller role.
Focused on accuracy over speed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to use two or more databases simultaneously.
Experience in quality control.
Pay & Benefits Hourly rate: $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
