Active Hawaii real estate license is required 2+ years of experience selling listings on Oahu and outbound prospecting experience Confident on the phone — thrives on conversations, follow‑up, and daily activity Disciplined, self-motivated, and ready to build something big Business‑Minded and excited by the idea of helping create a listing division from scratch Compensation
