Responsibilities Promote customer trials and evaluations Understand the customer's demands and challenges Help develop technical information for customer engagement Knowledgeable about industry relevant secondary operations Partner with product development team to deliver products that a market needs and that will bring value to Eastman Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology and quality assurance, to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in feed technology, and share relevant information with internal teams and customers Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Provide technical content to product presentations, leaflets and brochures to support sales and create papers and posters for technical forums Act as a technical advisor to the sales team, and assist with customer inquiries, product positioning, and market development Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent required 10 years' experience in extrusion, particularly in biodegradable materials Proficiency with extrusion, injection molding, and other conversion technologies, particularly related to biodegradable materials More than 50% travel while working (part-time) Knowledge of markets and convertors associated with biodegradable food service Benefits Your total rewards go far beyond a competitive salary.
