We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Dynamics 365 Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 большинстве CRM and Field Service apps to support business process optimisation and digital transformation. You’ll work with cutting‑edge Microsoft technologies and benefit from ongoing training and certification programs to grow your expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
Build & Innovate: Design and develop customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules.
Integrate & Automate: Use Microsoft and Azure tools to create workflows, set up plugins, and build integrations.
Collaborate & Transform: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Document & Support: Prepare technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Contribute to Architecture: Participate in solution design discussions and bring your technical expertise to project planning.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development or similarabul roles.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service apps.
Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
Experience with Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platform components.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and learn new technologies.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced international business environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, کند version control).
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
