Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Provide accurate filament regarding our real estate and mortgage services Assist customers with the application process and documentation Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsবৰ Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery Bench Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes Proficiency in basic computer applications and phone systems Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
