Dynamics / Microsoft Platform Architect (Contract) – 100% remote, EST preferred
Implementation of marketing module, project operations module, performance testing of ADF pipelines, expansion of Dynamics to appeals processes (migration from Salesforce or other applications to Dynamics)
Our client is seeking a Dynamics and Microsoft Platform Architect for a contract engagement to support enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on architecting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support the Client’s member, provider, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Architect Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business processes
Design and oversee solutions using Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Lead solution architecture for integrations with core systems (Member services, Provider services, call center, marketing, sales and business development, claims, enrollment)
Ensure solutions meet HIPAA, PHI, and security and compliance standards
Design integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs)
Define platform standards, governance, and best practices
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Guide development teams on configuration vs. customization strategies
Participate in architecture reviews and delivery checkpoints
Support ongoing platform optimization and modernization efforts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Microsoft enterprise application experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Customer Care/Experience module, Sales, Project operations, Customer Insights
Customizations focused – Plugins, PCF controls, Model driven apps, ADF/SSIS integrations, JavaScript customizations
Tools: XRM toolbox
Experience in migration from Salesforce or other applications to Dynamics
Deep understanding of Dataverse data models, security, and role‑based access
Experience in health insurance or regulated healthcare environments
Proven experience integrating Dynamics with Azure and enterprise systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a contract role
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
Healthcare Payer background
Masters in IT, Computer Science if possible
Experience supporting payer operations such as member services, provider relations, or care management
Experience with reporting, analytics, and enterprise data integration
