Improvements Specialist/strong. Responsibilities The successful candidates will work as members of the Caledonia Program Process Improvements Support team and perform the activities required for developing and implementing customer approved process improvements for all identified functional area processes needing improvements. This methodology is designed to eliminate inefficiencies, improve quality, and reduce operational costs, enabling the government to deliver better products and services./ppKey duties include but are not limited to the following:/pulliIdentify, analyze, and enhance existing business processes to optimize performance./liliPerform effective process improvement functions that gain efficiency by functionally aligning requirements as well as applying continuous process improvements over the life of the Caledonia contract./liliDevelop and implement acquisition lifecycle process improvements as required by the Government./liliPerform process optimization and measurement strategy by leveraging continuous assessment methodologies./liliImplement refinements to acquisition and operations measurements by integrating candidate metrics that establish baseline process performance and efficiency targets./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pullistrongUS Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application/strong/lilistrongPlease discuss specific polygraph requirements with an SPA Talent Acquisition professional/strong/liliBachelors degree in related field/lili8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above/liliNRO or IC mission experience/liliAbility to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility/liliAbility to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to report to designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer/li/ulpDesired Qualifications:/pulliBS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics/liliSix Sigma certification or Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/liliFamiliarity with JIRA/Confluence/liliKnowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption/liliPortfolio Management Training/li/ul/div
