Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Resume Required Must be willing to obtain Michigan Property & Casualty Licensing within an allotted time period. Compensation: $20.00 - $100,000.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
