This is your opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and deliver meaningful impact for patients worldwide.### * Own and manage the global product backlog, ensuring structured intake, prioritization, and refinement of requirements and user stories.* Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap and release plan aligned to clinical value, customer needs, and business strategy.* Provide product direction across design and development, approving UX flows and validating delivered work against user needs and regulatory expectations.* Lead release planning and readiness decisions with engineering and program teams.* Align cross-functional teams around clear product priorities while synthesizing customer, clinical, and market insights to guide evidence-based decisions.### ### * BS or BA degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.* 8+ years Proven experience in product management within digital health, medical devices, or health technology.* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and regulated product environments.* Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without authority.* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.**Location: Andover, MA or East Coast and willing to travel to Andover 50%****You Unlimited.**We believe in creating the greatest good for society. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
