Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers to customers in everyday language. Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions for accurate record-keeping. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken. Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through excellent customer service. Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Minimum availability to work 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location: Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50 Southern California $28.80 - $36.50 Colorado $27.50 - $34.80 Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50 Illinois $27.50 - $34.80 Maryland $27.50 - $34.80 Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50 Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30 New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50 New York $28.80 - $36.50 Ohio $24.80 - $30.30 Vermont $27.50 - $34.80 Washington $28.80 - $36.50 Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50 Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
