ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency has been proudly serving the Rosedale community since 2005, and this year marks 20 incredible years as a State Farm agent. Before opening my agency, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from C.W. Post Long Island University and spent 13 years working for a State Farm agent in Nesconset, NY. I loved helping customers with their insurance and financial service needs so much that I decided to build my own agency.

Outside the office, I’m grateful for my wonderful family — my wife Rosa, to whom I’ve been married for 26 years, our son Thomas who proudly serves as a U.S. Marine, and our daughter Delia, currently in her third year at LIU.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Petrozzella, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
