Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Qualifications Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening People-oriented and detail-oriented Proactive in problem solving Ability to learn computer functions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Licenses: 4-40; 2-20 and/or 2-15 licenses are preferred but not required Benefits Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the agency Paid time off and 6 paid holidays Health benefits Simple IRA (retirement plan) Full licensing reimbursement About our Agency The Kim Nava State Farm agency has been serving South Florida since 1990.
