Immunologist- Antigen Processing & Presentation We are an early-stage biotechnology company working on a novel therapy in tumor antigen modulation for transformative cancer therapies. We're looking for a deep-thinking immunologist with extensive experience in MHC class I antigen processing and presentation to drive our chemistry program forward through rigorous cell-based assays and mechanism of action studies.

This role is designed for an independent scientist who thrives at the bench, someone who can translate hypotheses into definitive experiments that reveal new biology. You'll work 100% in the lab, and your experimental findings will directly influence the company's strategic direction.

What You Bring: A strong foundation in classical immunology with demonstrated expertise in antigen processing, presentation, and T cell responses. You should have substantial hands-on experience with: Design and execution of antigen-driven T cell models, including endogenous antigen systems Primary T cell isolation, culture, and functional manipulation High-parameter flow cytometry analysis Experience working with cancer cell lines Additional desirable skills include western blotting, qPCR, organelle fractionation and fluorescence microscopy.

Education:

PhD and 2+ years of post-doctoral experience in an immunology-centric setting. 0-2 years industry experience.

Location:

Full-time, on-site laboratory position in South San Francisco, CA.
