As Clinical Director, your work will empower both staff and clients to reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities: Serve as clinical leader of the center, overseeing multiple BCBAs and supporting the center’s operational management. Guide your BCBA team in implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client needs. Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians, fostering professional growth and promoting servant leadership. Conduct tours and consultations with prospective client families, articulating the value of high-quality ABA services. Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress and satisfaction. Model, teach, and oversee innovative ABA methods, including relational frame theory, with support from a Clinical Excellence team. Drive a fun, collaborative, and balanced work culture that supports team engagement and well-being.

Must-Have Skills: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BCBA with in-center responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills within clinical settings. Strong expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques. Proven ability to operate as an effective clinician, leader, and center operator.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience coaching and mentoring BCBAs or clinical staff. Familiarity implementing innovative ABA methodologies, such as relational frame theory (RFT). Ability to engage and evangelize ABA practices to clients, families, referral sources, and within the broader ABA community. Commitment to fostering a positive work-life balance, collaborative culture, and continuous professional development. Participation in leadership coaching or mentorship programs within ABA.
