*Associate Attorney – Entry Level (Personal Injury)*

Established, plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in the Melville area is seeking a full-time Entry Level *Associate Attorney* admitted in NYS.
Good opportunity to establish a professional life with a profitable, stable, and fast-growing firm. Good writing skills are required. Experience handling court appearances and Depositions is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Incentive Bonus Program available. Full Benefits including health, dental, vision, short and long-term disability and 401K are available.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage a personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
* Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
* Conduct and defend depositions
* Appear regularly in court throughout Long Island and New York City
* Collaborate with legal staff and experts to prepare cases for trial or settlement
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurance carriers
* Oversee settlement negotiations and lien resolution
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing (required)
* Excellent legal writing and case management abilities
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
* Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
