Director Of Operations - Construction

Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Director of Operations to lead and coordinate all operational aspects of our growing excavation and utility construction company. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, project execution, and operational strategy to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and profitably. This is a hands-on leadership role. The Director of Operations will directly manage Superintendents, Project Managers, and oversee field crews. In addition, this role plays a key part in supporting business development through client relationships, bid strategy, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Field Operations
