Responsibilities
Societe Generale is seeking a highly skilled, Director-level CLO professional to join our CLO Primary and Private Credit Financing Desk. The individual will assume a senior role within the team and will be responsible for supporting the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of BSL and Private Credit CLOs, as well as a variety of other financing transactions backed by Private Credit, liquid credit and infrastructure assets. The role will focus on transaction execution, client engagement, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of the firm’s leading CLO and Private Credit financing franchises.
This position requires deep technical knowledge of CLO structures, leveraged loan and private credit markets, and securitization execution, combined with strong project management and client-facing capabilities.
The candidate will work with a team of experienced CLO and structured credit professionals and will have extensive exposure within the bank and with the Desk’s clients.
CLO Primary Issuance:
Support the structuring, execution and pricing of CLO transactions across BSL, Private Credit and Infrastructure CLOs;
Coordinate transaction process across all relevant stakeholders – credit managers, capital markets professionals, investors, rating agencies, legal counsel, trustee and internal risk and legal teams
Analyze portfolio construction, liability structures, cash flow modeling, and arbitrage economics;
Prepare and review marketing materials, term sheets, offering documents and investor presentations.
Participate in deal marketing, investor roadshows, and ongoing client relationship management;
Monitor market conditions, investor demands, and pricing trends to inform execution strategy;
Private Credit / BSL Financing:
Support financing solutions for Private Credit and liquid credit managers across securitizations, warehouse lines and fund leverage structures;
Evaluate portfolio characteristics, credit quality, and structural features relevant to financing transactions;
Assist in structuring and negotiating financing terms with clients and investors;
Coordinate execution workflow across internal and external stakeholders;
Contribute to product development and expansion of the firm’s Private Credit and BSL financing solutions;
Strategic and Team Contributions:
Work closely with senior team members and coverage teams to support client relationships and business development;
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best-in-class execution practices;
Assist in developing thought leadership and market commentary for clients and investors;
Ensure adherence to the higher commercial, regulatory, risk and compliance standards throughout the transaction lifecycle;
Profile required COMPETENCIES & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience in executing CLO transactions and/or Private Credit financing structures;
String understanding of leverage loan markets, CLO documentation, rating agency methodologies and cash flow modeling;
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party transaction processes under tight timelines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with credit PMs, capital markets professionals, institutional investors and bank senior management;
High level of commercial judgement, attention to detail, and execution discipline;
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of experience in structured credit, CLO structuring, securitization banking or Private Credit financing;
EDUCATION:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; advance degree or CFA preferred;

COMPENSATION: Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
