Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInside Sales - Hydraulic HoseHumble, TxPay Rate: $18 - $20 DOEShift: Mon - Fri, 8am -5pmMain ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales (Technical support, quotations & order processing – Including CRM)Pro-active sales, follow-ups, pre-qualifications.Answering calls & emailsInvoicing & purchase invoicingGeneral administration and housekeepingPicking, packing, and shipping goods and goods inwards bookings where required Support stock take on an annual basis.Work towards business objectives, KPI’s and individual targets.Attend training, events & functions when needed.Accompany external sales on customer visits as and when requiredDesired skills, experience, qualifications, and personal qualities:Previous internal sales / customer service experience is requiredTechnical / engineering knowledge desirable, however training will be provided.Ability to learn product details and apply to customer sales calls Strong written and verbal communicationFamiliar with Microsoft office package and computer literateStrong time management skills and ability to manage competing workloads.Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to ensure accuracy.A strong team player with a can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and to use own initiative.Friendly, productive, and self-motivatedBilingual English / Spanish is preferredCompany DescriptionToday’s job market is ultra-complex.
