The role
At Huel, digital content plays a key role in how we grow - from paid and organic social to performance-led video that drives awareness, engagement and conversion. As we continue to scale globally, weâre focused on creating best-in-class, social-first video content that looks great, performs hard and connects with our global community of Hueligans.
To help us do that, weâre looking for a Social Content Creator. Someone who is a handsâon video creative with a strong understanding of social and performance platforms.
Create highâperforming video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and performance channels.
Capture and edit video content across multiple styles â from shortâform reactive to polished product storytelling.
Apply our creative vision across all digital outputs, ensuring everything looks sharp and onâbrand.
Use data and insights to refine content, test new formats and optimise for performance.
Produce motion graphics, simple animations and cutdowns for multiâplatform use.
Support content days and shoots, capturing footage for campaigns, launches and UGCâstyle assets.
Work collaboratively with Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand and Eâcommerce teams.

What weâre looking for in you
Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with Photoshop & Figma knowledge a nice to have.
A portfolio of socialâfirst video content, ideally including paid performance ads.
Ability to shoot and edit content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
Good understanding of what performs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and organic socials.
Creative thinker whoâs proactive, trendâaware and delivers at pace.
Strong communication, organisation and ability to handle multiple projects.
Nice to have: Basic 3D/motion tools, working with creators or UGC workflows.

đ¸ A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
đ Hybrid working â We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
