We are seeking a Marketing Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about all things video, has a keen eye for detail and can showcase a strong portfolio. Some responsibilities include editing and optimizing video materials, creating short‑form videos tailored for social media, and enhancing video content with graphics, effects, and other creative elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content.
- Produce short‑form videos optimized for formats such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Add graphics, transitions and effects to videos to increase viewer engagement.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
- Conduct reviews of drafts to ensure final edits meet aesthetic and technical standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Video Editor or in a related role.
- Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing a range of content types.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Experience creating content for social media, with an understanding of platform‑specific best practices.
- Strong eye for detail, with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of video design best practices and trends.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT / ET).
