The Prime Air Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to design, develop, execute, and optimize engaging campaigns that drive customer adoption and engagement. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge and strong analytical capabilities and will work independently as a subject matter expert in their domain. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with experimentation and will own an email roadmap that remains flexible and responsive to both customer needs and business objectives.

Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on email best practices and emerging trends
  • Bring proven analytical and strategic capabilities to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns that raise the bar for performance
  • Collaborate with internal creative partners to deliver best-in-class content for customers
  • Identify new opportunities to drive efficiencies and engagement based on evolving trends
  • Own metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and report business results to the leadership team and broader organization

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
  • Experience creating brand marketing content
  • Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
