Envision Honda ofMilpitas is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Milpitas, CA. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the opportunity for you. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed $5,000 for the first 3 months to support your success as you ramp up.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Envision Motors inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass the background check and drug test.
