Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management, Walmart Connect (Independent Agencies)

Position Summary

The Senior Partner, Ad Partner Management – Independent Agencies is an individual contributor responsible for driving scaled education, activation, and long-term engagement across a portfolio of Independent Agencies. This role is central to shaping WMC’s Independent agency program and enabling partners to grow confidently with Walmart Connect and Walmart DSP.

What You'll Do

• Advance Independent Agency Strategy & Growth: Execute against the strategy and operating plan for WMC’s Independent Agency Program.
• Work within high‑potential agency cohorts to surface opportunities to accelerate adoption and usage. Cohorts will include DSP Resellers.
• Provide Scaled Education & Enablement: Build and develop scalable education frameworks, including playbooks, webinars, workshops, and related resources to expand the DSP Reseller program.
• Translate complex product, data, and measurement concepts into actionable guidance that improves campaign performance and accelerates growth.
• Drive Activation & Incremental Investment: Create customized support for DSP Resellers and high‑growth potential agencies; partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure agencies have the insights, materials, and support needed to grow.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Share agency feedback with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Measurement teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap direction.
• Work with data and analytics partners to track adoption trends, identify whitespace opportunities, and report program impact.
• Represent WMC across the Independent Agency Ecosystem: Build strong, consultative relationships with agency owners, media directors, and platform leads; attend industry events and represent WMC within the Independent Agency Community.

Salary & Location

Hoboken, New Jersey : The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 – $216,000.00

San Bruno, California : The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 – $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related area.
• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related area.
• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g., television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
• 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.
