Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed work orders, including man-hour estimates, drawings, procedures, and material lists. Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all prerequisites are met. Review the safety aspects of all planned work, identify risks, and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements. Identify opportunities to optimize work preparation processes and contribute to lessons learned. Required expertise
Technical education (vocational or engineering degree) with a relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a related field, preferably within construction or commissioning. Familiarity with mechanical and commissioning completion processes and related digital tools (e.g., PIMS). Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawings like P&IDs and ISOs. Language: Fluent in Norwegian and a good command of English (both written and spoken) are required. Location: Stord, Norway. Some offshore work is required. Work schedule: Full-time Duration: Assignment from February 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
