to join our team and help keep our parts department running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and technicians in locating and selecting parts
Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to purchase
Handle special order requests and locate out-of-stock items
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of special orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
Deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in an auto, equipment, or industrial parts environment preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well with a team and independently
Organized with attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Valid Driver's license
